Friday evening begin check in Aprrox. 5:00 to 7:30pm

Saturday morning resume check in (7-10:00am) All cattle on the grounds by 8:00 am
Saturday activities will start @ 11:00 am to include a fitting demonstration (free of charge) by Kirk Stierwalt, and opening ceremonies including a short presentation by Purina
Heifer breed show will start at 3:00 pm followed by crossbreds
Sunday 10:00 am Steer breed show followed by Crossbreds
HEAVY Snow dates for the show will be the following weekend Feb. 6th & 7th, 2010. Only if the roads are not passable. Update if inclement weather will be updated on clubcalves.com on show talk page or call any member on our member page for updates.

  Show Rules

No unethical treatment of animals!
All heifers are eligible to show in the breeding show and may cross enter into the market heifer show on Sunday with a Double Entry Fee due when entries are recieved.
Health Papers are required in and out of State.
Crossbred steers and market Heifers will be shown by hip height.
Purebred Steers and heifers will be shown by age.
All cattle must be born after Jan. 1st, 2009 ( no exceptions)
At least 10 entries (of each sex and breed) must be recieved to justify a breed class or show as AOB, and must be accompanied by the original Registration Papers or will show as Commercial.
Cattle may start arriving after Noon on Friday Jan. 29th. Absolutely No Cattle (only) in the Barns before Noon.
No chutes will be allowed in Stalling Spaces or Tack areas. Aisle ways and other designated areas only, unless space permits after all cattle are in the barns.
Cattle may only be housed in the barns designated by the show committee only. No exhibitors may house or fit animals in any other buildings on the grounds unless pre-approval is obtained from the committee as a whole.
Check in will start on Friday evening and continue Saturday morning Jan. 30th. All cattle must be on the grounds by 8:00a.m. Jan. 30th.
Mulch will be provided, just another way to say thank you; no straw in the barns.
1st-3rd cash prize payouts in class; everyone in class gets a gift.
